CHAIRPERSON | Christie Savage

*It shall be the duties of the CHAIRPERSON to oversee the planning and execution of the family reunion. The Chairperson is responsible for investigating potential family reunion hotel sites as well as the determining the reunion weekend agenda, committees and details of the family reunion. The Chairperson will work in collaboration with Co-Chairperson(s) as well as the Executive Board for the planning of the family reunion.

CO-CHAIRPERSONS | Candace McCrea-Bibbs & Tiffani Robinson

*The CO-CHAIRPERSON(S) assist the Chairperson(s) in the planning and execution of the family reunion.

PRESIDENT | Beverly Gamble-Williams

*The PRESIDENT presides at planning meetings, ensures due observance of all laws, appoints committees as deemed necessary, and sees that all officer(s) and committees perform their duties as they should. 

VICE PRESIDENT | Luther Graham

*The VICE-PRESIDENT (in the absence of the President) acts in his/her stead, with the same amount of authority and responsibility that the President has vested in him/her.

RECORDING SECRETARY | Felisha Gamble-Conyers

*The RECORDING SECRETARY develops the agenda with the President for the planning meetings and other business meetings of the family reunion. He/she also records and disseminates notes from meetings.

CORRESPONDING SECRETARY | Keshia Bright

*The CORRESPONDING SECRETARY maintains the database of family contact information and mails and/or emails family member communications regarding the planning meetings and the family reunion.

FINANCIAL SECRETARY | Diana Carpenter

*The FINANCIAL SECRETARY investigates, reviews and presents the financial obligations and options related to the family reunion.

TREASURER | Lynette Bradley-Baker

*The TREASURER is responsible for all revenue, both incoming and outgoing, associated with the family reunion. 

CHAPLAIN | Rev. Zelda Robinson

*The CHAPLAIN leads the family in prayer at the beginning and the end of all official family reunion functions, including the family reunion planning meeting and the family reunion.  

ASSISTANT CHAPLAIN | 

*The ASSISTANT CHAPLAIN (in the absence of the Chaplain) acts in his/her stead, with the same amount of authority and responsibility.  

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS | Leroy Bradley

*The SERGEANT-AT-ARMS maintains order during the family reunion planning meeting and all other business meetings of the family reunion.
